i am leaving this message for my grandad who died just over a year ago. my grandad jeff was my world
i loved him so much. when he got diagnosed with dementia it was heartbreaker but he was still my
grandad, and i knew it was still him in ther even though he didnt no who i was at some points,it
didnt stop me from visiting him in the nursing home. he fought this awfull ilness right to the very
end and im so glad he is finally now at rest and free from the illness. grandad you will be im my
thoughts and my heart forever. till we meet agen give nanna a big kiss sleep tight you two beautiful
people all my love amy
